Cancellation policy
caspark pay provides many types of services like recharge, bill payment, hotel booking, train booking and utility
while using these services if your transaction is not successful and is showing pending transactions then in this situation you can cancel anytime before completion
But once transaction is successfully completed, you cannot cancel, so while taking any kind of service, transact with caution and complete accuracy.
Refund policy
Caspark Pay generally operates on a strict “no refund” policy for transactions including recharges, bill payments, utilities, hotel bookings and train bookings.
Since we are completely in a service, in which instant payment and cashback is done hence it is not possible to refund any fully paid transaction. Same pattern apply for membership
But if for any reason your payment fails or due to technical error you have to pay multiple charges for the same transaction then in this situation you can contact the support team of Caspark pay and raise your query or request.
In this cases Caspark pay team will read your query or request and if your issues are genuine then your payment will be refunded within 5 working days
Modifications to the Policy
