cash refund, redeemable on future MPM GROUP purchases.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a
prepaid return label is provided by MPM GROUP for specific cases.

receiving and inspecting the returned item.
4. Exceptions to Refunds
- Damaged
or Missing Items: Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to
customer mishandling or if items are missing upon return.
- Sale
or Final Sale Items: Discounted or final sale items are not eligible
for refunds and may only qualify for store credit at our discretion.
- Gift
Purchases: If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, gift returns
may qualify for store credit instead of a refund to the original payment
method.
5. Refund Methods

method used at checkout.
