1. Digital Products (Software, Licenses, Downloads)

• All software and digital product sales are final.

• No returns or refunds will be provided once the product is delivered, downloaded, or the license is issued.

• Please review product descriptions and system requirements carefully before purchasing.

2. Custom Software & Services

• For custom development projects or consulting services, refunds will not be issued for any work already completed and delivered.

• If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, you may be billed for the portion of work already completed.

3. Subscription-Based Services

• If you purchase a monthly or annual subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no partial or full refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

• Subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing cycle and then be terminated if canceled.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment

• Non-delivery of service due to technical issues on our end
